Small garage lock up doesn't seem to be much space
Only giving 3 stars as when I turned up only gym members were there so I couldn't actually pay for a session and ended up leaving. The gym it's self looked very old school but the kit looked decent. Good amount of cardio but would say it is more of a gym for weightlifters.

Nice good friendly gym, everyone is welcomed no matter the ability. But can cope with people who are heavy lifters!
Love going to this gym. Made me feel better about going and not having everyone watch me when im there. Lovely staff. And very helpful.x
